FiredUp Missouri has garnered a well deserved reputation over the years for over the top partisanship, shoddy “investigative” reporting, and in many cases – downright fabrications. Their articles are so over the top most of the time, that a better name for the website may be “Fire It Up” Missouri, since they have to be inhaling to come up with this stuff! FiredUp’s Democrat Party propaganda would make Joseph Goebbels proud.

The latest news according to their “capital sources” is that Gov. Blunt’s “inappropriate use of the Highway Patrol to smear Attorney General Nixon” may cost them their national accreditation. We checked with a spokesman with the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and they were oblivious to this matter and said no investigation by their agency was planned. We guess the “capital sources” at FiredUp Missouri got it wrong again.
