Rusty and Lacy shoveling Democrat BS during happier times between them

Excerpt from Carnahan fundraising email:

“The end of this quarter is less than three days away. You know how important this deadline is and you know that I have a tough fight ahead. Republicans have once again targeted me for defeat in 2012.

I am absolutely committed to winning reelection in 2012; however, I cannot do it without you. My finance director just ran the numbers and said I have to raise $16,400 by Thursday’s deadline or I’m going to be behind the count going into Q3.

Can you do me a huge favor and chip in whatever you can afford right now to get me out of the woods?”

Either someone hasn’t yet told Rusty that his district has been eliminated or he’s gearing up for an intraparty fight with Lacy Clay. Guess Rusty’s still a little peeved about Clay and Cleaver selling him out during redistricting. Boy, this is going to be fun to watch in the coming months!
