It is time to pull the plug! And Russ carnahan is an attorney!

“According to the Globe-Democrat, Carnahan now claims that he thought the LLC would dissolve itself, despite the fact that he wrote on the formation paperwork that the company would “dissolve as of December 31, 2050.”  In addition, if Carnahan thought that the LLC would dissolve itself because it was inactive, why did he report it in 2004—after it had been “inactive” for 2 years.”– MRP statement
