More and more Americans are apparently seeing the Mueller probe as nothing more than a witch hunt against President Trump:

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters still believe Mueller’s investigation is an honest attempt to determine criminal wrongdoing, but that’s down from 52% last October. Forty percent (40%) now consider Mueller’s probe a partisan witch hunt, an eight-point increase from 32% in the earlier survey. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided. It is interesting to note that Senator Claire McCaskill didnt think very highy of the Former FBI Director James Comey whose self leaked memos initiated this special counsel investigation. This her opinion of Comey reopening Hillary’s email investigation just days before the election:

 “I certainly it damaged the institution of law enforcement in this country. I certainly think it changed a little bit the momentum in the race. I think it blunted some of Hillary Clinton’s momentum. I don’t think it changed the fundamentals of who is fit to be president.” (MSNBC’s “Meet The Press Daily,” 11/04/16)
