It’s amazing how many half truths and complete untruths are beings told about this initiative. Licensed breeders already do all of these things they say they are trying to pass. It is called :The Missouri Animal Care Facility Act” If this passes it will NOT affect the bad unlicensed substandard kennels you see on television. It will affect the good ones. If dogs weren’t taken well care of, with water and food, do you believe there would be puppies? Please use common sense and check out the truth– humanewatch.org
