On day eight of KMOX.com’s investigation into a shady non profit run by St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley’s campaign manager and treasurer John Temporiti, Councilman Greg Quinn is calling for an offcial investigation. Quinn is quoted in the piece as saying, that not only is this sordid affair ’embarrassing’ to St. Louis County, but he also likened the operation of the non profit and the project to bring countywide WiFi service as a “keystone Kops” affair.
