Sowers campaign manager David Woodruff during another losing campaign
Emerson, R-Cape Girardeau, raised $318,000 in the last quarter of the year, aide Josh Haynes said on behalf of the campaign. That brings her total for 2009 to more than $686,000.
In a news release issued Thursday afternoon, Sowers, a Rolla, Mo., Democrat, reports that his campaign took in $179,127 in the final quarter of the year. That brings his total to $383,637 since he began his campaign in September. Read more…
Congratulations Tommy and David on your fundraising quarter! Too bad Woodruff will probably take a good chunk of it as consulting fees. It will be interesting to see if Sower’s collects more money this quarter from people in his district instead of outside of the district.
