Oh fudge! I have to keep campaign promises!
During the 2008 primary campaign, then attorney general candidate Chris Koster promised the African American community – and certain politicians specifically – that he would review the Reginald Clemons capital murder case if he was elected.
Sources have alerted us that former state representatives (and Koster supporters) Betty Thompson, Yaphett El Amin, Rodney Hubbard, and current St. Louis alderman Greg Carter have contacted the attorney general, but he has refused to take their calls. Besides being angry about being stiffed by Koster on the Clemons affair, the source also says that Thompson is angry with Koster because has yet to fulfill his promise to hire Thompson’s son to be the AG’s chief investigator.

What? Koster unreliable? Koster forsakes a commitment? Why, who would have thought?

Yaphett El-Amin and Rodney Hubard are crooks in my book- so this doesn’t help Clemons. But Kris Koster, many of St Louis City Police and Prosecutors are crooks in my book also. Corruption is so rampant in our government… this is so sad. My condolences to ALL the victims and their families – I will be having a moment of silence on April 4th.
