I made the request last Thursday, March 26, 2009 by telephone and submitted the e-mail they requested after my conversation with Nikki Loethen, the Deputy Counsel for Nixon. Today, I followed up with Loethen to verify my request was processed.

When I returned home from work, I had an unlikely response from Governor Nixon’s office.”
