We’re learning a lot about Democrats during this new era of “change and hope.” First, we learn that they subscribe to a different set of  tax rules as the rest of us. And now we learn that they don’t pay the common working man (who they profess to represent) when he performs services for them. Is this Rep. Carnahan’s one man protest against potential illegal labor by stiffing the roofing company?
