Less than a decade ago, Democrat Jay Nixon was persona non grata with Missouri African-Americans.
No longer.
It’s been an up-and-down year for the perpetually frenetic attorney general. But one worry that appears to be waning as he tries to unseat Gov. Matt Blunt next year is his relations with black Missourians.
