The Turner Report confirms the tip we received on our tipline a few weeks back. We reported that Col. Jack Jackon’s polling firm was Survey St. Louis, the polling firm owned by Akin District Director Patrick Werner and Tom Smith, former campaign manager for newly elected Senator Tom Dempsey.
