The 14th Circuit Court, which includes Randolph and Howard counties, received the Daniel J. O’Toole award during the annual judicial conference held in Springfield recently.
The Court was recognized as being the most efficient multi-county circuit in Missouri. Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Laura Denvir Stith presented the award to Presiding Judge Scott A.
