In politics, you can always tell when you’ve scored a political body blow by the response of your opponent and their minions. After we asked last week what was Attorney General Jay Nixon’s relationship with the racist organization “La Raza,” (The Race) we’ve suddenly had an “investigation” launched against us by lefty blogs on our place of origin, FiredUp Missouri has scoured through state bids looking for inconsistencies in the Blunt Administration, and now, Tony’s Kansas City is asking for the governor’s chief of staff’s resignation. Why does TKC believe Martin should resign? Because he “reportedly” made this comment at an August 17th meeting in front of the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC).

“I’ll tell you what’s available to every developer in order to figure out who’s illegal. When there’s a bunch of Mexicans out there, there’s probably some of them who are not legal.”

Depending on what statistics you use, there are between 12 to 20 million illegal aliens in this country, the majority of whom are of Hispanic origin. The Missouri Political News Service believes it is a safe bet to assume that many of them are working in the show me state illegally! We’re still scratching our heads to find the racism in Martin’s alleged comment. Ed, we think you’ll keep your job for another day. Have a great weekend!

It seems the libs are not receiving the support they thought they would with Tony of Kansas City’s ridiculous post on Ed Martin. Here’s a few comments from the K.C. Blue Blog:

“What’s the problem here? He said that if you were to go to a construction site and you saw a “bunch” of Mexicans there [sure, he could’ve phrased it better] “…there’s probably some of them who are not legal.” Hmm, yep… sounds about right.”
