In a post yesterday, Fired Up Missouri tried to give the impression that former U.S Attorney Todd Graves was as obsessed with voter fraud during his tenure as they are. What was Graves great crime? Charging three Kansas City residents with voter fraud ten days before the 2004 election.
During his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee today, Graves testified:
“During my tenure as United States Attorney, we prosecuted corrupt officials and judges, major drug traffickers, corporate thieves, cold blooded killers, and a pharmacist, who in the name of greed, watered down chemotherapy drugs of thousands of cancer patients.”
Graves also testified that “10% of all federal death row cases were prosecuted from his district” and that the Western District “continues to be a a national leader in prosecuting internet predators.” Another example of Fired Up trying to have it both ways again. Is there or is there not voter fraud in Missouri? Read Graves partial testimony before the Senate here.
