Jack Jackson enters State Sen Race

Jack Jackson

Missouri political veteran, Colonel Jack Jackson, announced intentions
to seek the GOP nomination for Missouri State Senate District 26.  The
seat is currently held the term-limited Republican State Sen. John
Griesheimer.  Missouri Ethics Commission filings indicate that Jackson
began campaign activities in March, but has only recently begun soliciting
major donations.

Jackson previously served as a State Representative.  In 2006, Jackson
narrowly lost primary for Missouri Auditor.  In 2008, Jackson and Sen. Kit
Bond served as statewide McCain Co-Chairs.

This should shape up to anther interesting 2010 race.

Oh great, a co-chair for “famously popular” (not) McAmnesty.

You are judged by the company you keep.
