While we’re all for “investing in Missouri’s future” by creating 6,000 high tech summer jobs for high school and college students, we’re left wondering what is Jay’s plan to create 6,000 PERMANENT jobs in our inner cities?

It was kind of awkard timing to be announcing this effort while African Americans are demonstrating in their neighborhoods for work in those neighborhoods.
