Better Courts for Missouri launched a radio ad urging Missourians to stand up to the special interest groups and personal injury lawyers who dominate the current Missouri Plan. The Missouri Bar and its political allies in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) are increasingly active in their campaign to deceive Missourians about the true nature of the current Missouri Plan.

“Greene Countians are being sold a pack of lies by George Soros and his friends in the personal injury bar who see our courts as an ATM machine. We want to shed light on the backroom dealings and special interest politics that is infecting the current Missouri Plan,” stated James Harris, Executive Director, Better Courts for Missouri.
