Ballwin Parade A Success For Cunningham

June 29th, 2008 by mopns · No Comments

Kudos to the reader from Ballwin who managed to get us a report and pictures from yesterday’s Ballwin Days Parade:

Here’s a few pictures I managed to get from the parade today in Ballwin. It looked like Jane Cunningham had the most people walking the parade with her. I didn’t see any of her primary opponents in the parade.

Editor’s Note: Just a minor correction from a faithful reader, candidate Gina Loudon was at the Ballwin Day’s Parade along with friends, family and supporters.

Second Note: And finally, yes Neal St. Onge was also at the parade, one commenter said he had about 15 people with him.

If blogs were journalism, your “reporter” would be fired. Both of the primary opponents had large contingents of supporters walking the route. How did your reporter “manage” to miss this easily observable fact?

If by large contingent you mean immediate family

I was there and saw Gina and John Loudon but I don’t think they were actually in the parade. I thought those were the only two (Gina and Jane) in the race, who else is running?

I’ll save you the trouble of looking it up, since you are probably not as unaware as you try to sound. There are three Republicans in the race. Here’s the link to the Missouri Secretary of State Web site:

This Web site might as well be honest with its readers and place the Cunningham logo on its homepage.

I guess the editor still doesn’t want to report that Neal St. Onge also walked in the parade, as he has every year since his school board days. This comment will probablyh be censored.

Neal St. Onge is a Republican?!?!?!?!

Yes, and a very good one at that! Specifically he was awarded the “Missouri Federation of Pachyderms Outstanding Legislator Award 2008” along with numerous other awards and honors.

It may be confusing for you because he does not spend his time flaunting his (or his spouse’s) name, he spends it working for the people of his district.
