Sarah Steelman sent a letter today to Governor Blunt urging him to call a special session of the Missouri General Assembly to “fight for life.” Steelman specifically wants the legislature to “complete work” on HB 1831, which is sponsored by Rep. Bob Onder. Onder’s bill would make it illegal to “coerce a woman to have an abortion.” The legislation also requires additional informational disclosures be given to women at abortion clinics. Steelman is a bozo. It is a crime at common law to coerce a woman to have an abortion. Someone should try a new invention called reading.
