Today’s winner comes from the Congressional hearing into whether Roger Clemens used steroids or HGH. Our elected leaders have better things to do IMHO.

Our winner today is Congressman William Lacy Clay. He gets the award for the following.

Rep. William Lacy Clay, a Missouri Democrat, asked Clemens what uniform he would wear when he goes into the Hall of Fame.

All of this time and money wasted, and weeks of preparation and this representative can only think of asking what uniform Clemens will wear to his Hall of Fame induction? I need say no more, Congressman WIlliam Lacy Clay is today’s Knucklehead of the Day.
