A source close to the Missouri Development Finance Board has confirmed to the Missouri Political News Service, that the St. Louis Cardinal’s “Ball Park Village” proposal, will get final approval at the Board’s July 17th meeting.

“The passage of this proposal is a done deal. All that’s left now is the formalities,” said our source.

The controversial proposal is under the Missouri Downtown Economic Stimulus Act program (MODESA).
