DCCC chairman Chris Van Hollen is kind of like Paris Hilton: increasingly important but for the dumbest reasons.

In today’s Congress Daily (subscription required)we hear more praise for Van Hollen from Democrats so happy to have Mizz Barnes on board for 2008. Are they really that desperate? Is Queen Barnes of KC the best they have to offer in 2008?
