Count Funkhouser of Kansas City has issued a statement for all you player haters who are upset about him accepting a free car:

“I just don’t understand why what I ride is such a big deal”

Maybe it’s a big deal because the people of Kansas City are still paying your car allowance. How can you pay for something that’s free?
