The Missouri Political News Service tip line is buzzing with rumors that Republican Rep. Kenny Hulshof will be named the next University of Missouri system president. Insiders say the Congressman’s chief of staff is resigning effective May 31st.

They also tell us that there is some interesting deal making going on behind the scenes for the UM presidency; deal making which involve a fellow Democratic member from St. Louis.
